Attract Bopa Landscape ("we") is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Our information officer is the owner of the business, who can be contacted by email at wecare@attractbopa.co.za.
What we collect
This website has no enquiry form and does not ask you to enter personal information. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, number, email address, suburb, details of your project and any photos.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quotation and, if you become a client, carry out the work. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is stored and shared
Messages are held in our business WhatsApp and email accounts. WhatsApp is run by a third party under its own privacy terms. Your details are shared only with people in our business who need them to respond, and with service providers that host our website and email. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for as long as required for our records, then delete them.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The site remembers small preferences, such as your cookie choice, in your own browser.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us by email at wecare@attractbopa.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Photos and messages you send us are not published without your permission.
